I can't believe I kept settling for mediocre to disgusting grocery store coffee! It even smells bad when it's brewing. I've always heard about Kona, but never tried it. It's expensive. But as they say, you get what you pay for. I took a chance a couple of months ago and got 12 oz of Private Reserve, medium roast. Right away I noticed the aroma of the beans was amazing. I ground some up and used my percolator (yup, I'm old school), and wow! So delicious. Use far less sweeteners. So smooth, very low acid (doesn't mess with my stomach). Well, it ran out fast, so this time I bought a pound ? I'll definitely be ordering again. ❤️

Long-time customer. They sent me the wrong kind in my last order and it was ground. I called the day it arrived and the lady on the phone was very nice and apologized for the mix up. A few days later the proper bag arrived, the Private Reserve Whole Bean Medium Roast. This one is my favorite of the whole bean varieties. Depth of flavor but silky smooth!

I bought Koa coffee n 2002 and been buying it ever since I can't drink any other kind I like the dark roast best so I always buy it Dark roast has a better taste to it so I always get that kind a good cup of private reserve is what I like taste lik

This coffee is so delicious - I've been a fan for years. It has a bold taste, but no acidity and is smooth as can be. (I miss the old packaging though :)
