This one is a perfect medium roast to showcase the flavor unique to the slopes of the Mauna Loa volcano on which Kona Coffee beans are grown.     The coffee itself is wonderful. Brews to a rich flavor and never disappoints. My comment on the packaging is the two things that affect coffee beans after processing are light and air. The packaging does a good job on preventing light from reaching the beans, however, the bags are made with a vacuum connection so the air can be removed, but the bags will not hold a vacuum. In the last shipment I received, none of the bags had any vacuum on them and when I used my vacuum packer to remove the air, it worked fine, but a few minutes later, the bag had lost all the vacuum. If the bags did a better job of holding vacuum, storage would be much easier.
