    This is great coffee but to my mind over roasted. It says medium roast but looks more like a dark roast with the darker color and oily feel to the beans. My Ethiopian medium roasts are lighter in color and are not oily. Think this would better if it was roasted somewhat lighter.

    I have a hard time deciding between this and the Estate coffee, so I get both and some times mix together.
