    After a few orders of multiple medium roast, my wife and I decided to try the dark roast. Simply put, we both love it (and she typically does not like dark roasts). This will be a staple in the cabinet going forward. This and peaberry of course

    I ordered a bag to try in my Moka pot because it came highly recommended as one of the top 5 coffees for the Moka pot. Honestly, It tasted a bit on the bitter side to me. Wasn't my favorite. Maybe it was just a bad crop?
