I love your coffee but providing feedback other than reviews of coffee is difficult. There seems to be no real customer service.‼️ You say to “click an orange button on your website” THAT DOES NOT EXIST”, You stopped selling decaf which is as critically important to coffee drinkers as caffeinated coffee. People drink regular coffee throughout day and decaf in evening. No one provides satisfactory explanation as to why you stopped selling decaf‼️ Moreover, I stopped buying your coffee 6 months because of your lack of customer service. I’ve been an excellent customer for over a decade and helped your sales by giving your gift packs to friends all over the country. IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️
