We roast throughout the week to ensure you receive the freshest Kona coffee possible. Fulfillment may take between 2–6 business days depending on order date, roasting schedules, holidays, promotions, and overall order volume. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your coffee fresh to order.
We currently ship to many destinations worldwide; however, certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be available for international delivery.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, including incorrect or defective items.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the date your return is handed off to the shipping carrier, though many refunds are completed sooner. This timeframe includes return transit time (typically 5–10 business days), processing time once the return is received (3–5 business days), and the time required for your financial institution to post the refund (5–10 business days).
