    When I ordered this tri-pack December 5 and did not hear back for a couple of weeks, I began to worry I would not receive it in time for Christmas. It took a while for my order to be processed simply because Koa had to actually roast the beans and would not fulfill the order until the process was complete. I was very pleased to hear that I would be receiving the freshest of coffee. It did arrive three days after fulfillment and I received it by Christmas. The coffee is full of flavor, robust, and has absolutely NO BITTERNESS! I love it and so does my husband. Great customer service, kind and courteous and eager to please. We will order this coffee again and again.
